⛽Fuel Prices Shift: Petrol Down, Diesel Up in SA

Recent projections from the Central Energy Fund indicate that improved rand/dollar rates and lower brent crude oil prices are setting the stage for a fuel price change in South Africa. If market conditions hold, petrol (93 and 95 octane) will see moderate decreases, whereas diesel prices are projected to increase by roughly 94–96 cents per litre. Parafin is also expected to drop by 89 cents. Keep an eye out for the official update on April 1, 2025, at midnight.
