We are an online store, with no walk-in shop.

🚚 How does your delivery work?

Our delivery service is a door-to-door delivery. Orders typically take 1–3 days to arrive once dispatched from our packaging ficility at Laros Park, Capricorn Business Park, 1, 32 Lakeshore Rd, Muizenberg, Cape Town, 7945.

🚛 Can I send my own courier?

Yes, you can send your own courier.

🌱 Are your products organic?

If labeled organic, they are!🤙🏼 We also offer non-organic products for vegans, vegetarians, and everything in-between. Note the options for availability when adding products to your cart, choose what suits you! 🙂

📦 What type of packaging do you use?

We use food-grade, biodegradable, and polypropylene bags, which are all safe and environmentally friendly. If you have any special requirements for packaging, eg "I want it all in one big bag for the sake of the enviroment.", let us know in the order notes.

💳 What are your payment options?

We make it easy to securely checkout with your preferred payment method – whether online or via EFT. Please note that you do not have to create an account to use ANY of our order options & we do not save your info on our website. Oline payments are exclusivly handled by our secure third party payment vendors.
